April 2008... Poem of the Month has been suspended until further notice. |
| March | The Easter Season by Bernard Howe Bernard Howe's poem, The Easter season ends with the words "So when it's my time to leave, you'll take me by the hand" which concludes the authors journey in a poetic form of life upon mother earth. In the larger scheme of things this poem written with conviction and clarity may serve as an example for all who read, The Easter Season and again find reason for the season. |
| February | The Widows Walk By by Lanaia Lee Lanaia writes with such conviction and shows us vividly her scene. Her words even carry a salty scent of the sea, and if we listen carefully we may hear the crashing waves. In spirit, a dream, or hopes for her future. Analyzing the stanzas is a haunted pleasure. |
| January | Awake My Love by Claude Peter Dhuet In reverence to an outstanding lady Ruth Graham who was both a writer and a poet, and admittedly the force behind Billy Graham as a constant advisor. A humanitarian who started a health center for children and many other helpful organizations. |
