Life and Time

Crossroads
by Jeanine Dejesus

So many crossroads I have taken
So many bad choices I try not to remember

If for once I wasn't so lost and confused
I would know the right path to choose

Still Loneliness remains a thorn on my side
And fear still walks at my side

With little hope left that barely shines thru
I wish I could find someone that wears similar shoes

So we can walk side by side on our journey of many miles
Toward the new dawn that will soon rise up ahead
Together we sing the blues
Jeanine Dejesus
