Billowy clouds, of toxic gray, Chock the Earth, this final day.
Huddled together, they kneel and Pray. Praying to God, for a better day.
Over the waters, where wild loons call, They stand and watch, the last birds fall.
Groups of victims, walk the land, Holding out, a helping hand.
How long will the live, they cannot say, But death will be here, this awesome day.
Now at the closing of the day, This is the last time, they will Pray.
Streaks of red, now paint the sky, This is the day, the Earth will die.
God in His Wisdom, He knows not Why, With a tear filled eye, He Says Goodbye. |
