It was that wonderful Holy Night
when the North Star's light
did shine so very bright
with the glorious sound of Gabriel's horn
heralding our Heavenly Father's Son being born
to the Blessed Mary, His earthly mother,
and becoming everyone's Brother,
Lord, and Savior...
removing the sins of our mortal behavior
and giving all the chance to be
in the presence of Jesus Christ and His Father for all eternity. So, on this Christmas day,
when little ones are thinking of Santa's sleigh,
sing praise to God above
with all your heartfelt love
in humble thanks and joy
for Jesus, His boy,
Who He did gracefully shower
upon us all in that divine hour! |
