Family Camping
by
John Leroy Maxwell

It was a beautiful day at the campsite... And our first day away from
home... The air was filled with Heavenly sunlight... Filtering thru
white clouds of foam... My Son and I were eager to find a
challenge to meet this day... Something new and exciting, but
safe in every way... The birds and the bees were flying, around
the brush and the trees... Squirrel's were scampering, looking for
food... A scene that is sure to please... We hiked and talked for quite awhile...  Then hiked back from hence we came... To cook
our dinner, over an open fire... A picture meant to frame...
As night fell and we grew tired... We huddled in our tent...
And thanked the Lord before we slumbered, for Family Time
well spent.
