My heart is filled with memory
and especially so on today
A day of dedication...
A day of rememberance...

It is just one single day
and surely not enough pay
but something sent to them...
a thought, a prayer, and then

perhaps a tear it does flow
for all the life we have known
and it is a thanks to them
a thought, a prayer, and maybe then...

peace. Some peace might come their way
tomorrow, tonight and on this day
All heads are bowed in solemn still
uniting together with free will

It is always treasured in every way,
but especially so on this day
And a day dedicated to them...
with a thought, a prayer, and then...

May 28, 2007 Memorial Day - The Men and Women who have gave their lives for the freedom of the United States are on this Memorial Day remembered. Prayers and thoughts go to the families of those that have lost a loved one or miss them very much because they are doing their duty for you and for me. Thank you to the US Military. We love you!
