My eyes are weary, the hour is late-
To be asleep, I just can’t wait-
For therein dwells another land-
Where I turn into, another man.

I’m friend to all, and ruler too-
There’s nothing there-
That I can’t do.

With wings of silk, I fly on high-
I survey wonders, from the sky-
I see great kingdoms, laced with gold,
And moated castles, tales of old.

Vast wide oceans, where whales live in-
Expansive forests, mountain glens-
Vast wide deserts, shore to shore-
Oops! I wake up, There’s no more.
